Way easier than doing it on your PC

The functionality and the user experience makes this my top app for tracking my business expenses.

Simple, user-friendly, expense reporting software. This product also integrates well with our other financial software. Our staff enjoy the ease of usage from a reporting stand point as well. Great product.

Getting there. Too much server back and forth - could be a little swifter. doesnt always register entries. Have to do twice. Better than a kick in the pants.

Just got my new iPad Pro yesterday and the app quits at the sign on screen. My old iPad 2 has no problem. Went to the web version on my laptop to see if I could leave a message for customer service and got served by screen requesting a bunch of information short of my mothers maiden name. My company pays for this service. How much info do you need from us to tell you there is a bug.

A little tricky when booking a hotel through concur. Also, tricky to book a hotel for another employee. Besides that, no complaints.

Overall this is a super helpful app, but there are a few places where it doesnt anticipate the extra details you need for an expense, like hotel itemizations, until you try to save the new expense,

I primarily use the expense aspect and love the receipt feature particularly.

Ive used Concur with 2 different companies and have loved. It makes expenses so much easier to do; you can do everything for a report from your phone.

I book travel on my Concur app on my PC and when booking is complete it shows up in my smartphone. Works fine and shows flight details, hotel addresses, etc Possible to click the hotel in the app and a couple of clicks later it has connected you to the Apple Maps app (default) to give you directions as well. I prefer the Google Maps / Waze apps instead but it is easy to do that from within Apple Maps by selecting the Share icon

Works flawlessly and enables expense reports to be entered on the fly as well as approvals!!

Productivity app

Its wonderful to be able to utilize this app for submitting my T&E reports on the go.

I only submit a handful of expenses, but have found it to be very useful. It does take a little time to figure the whole system out though, but once you figure it out the app isnt bad.

Been using this for well over a year and find it incredibly easy and convenient to use. No more scanning receipts - just take pictures and it works. Is saving me a great deal of time and making my expenses (and those of my direct reports) more timely.

Best expense reporting tool Ive used. Still, room for improvement.

Trying to force reviews and feedback is beyond aggravating. Especially when it doesnt even function and locks me out, requiring me to force quit the app just to access the data that Im trying to get to in the first place

Great for keeping on top of expenses. Simple to use. Small glitches (add meal attendee from contacts closes the app) that you have to learn to work around.
